The small wooden passenger sailing boat SANTA IRINI was built in 1990 in Turkey, for the Greek company Dakoutros Brothers Cruises, which operates as a part of the joint venture of Dakoutros Brothers (which includes Dakoutros Speed and Dakoutros Glass Bottom Boat Cruises). She was deployed as an excursion boat on the Santorini Archipelago, performing daily cruises on the Santorini-Nea Kameni-Palaia Kameni-Thirassia line. She underwent a major refit in Syros in 2005.
