The small high speed boat PETROULA was built in 2010 in Greece, as the HERMES of the Antiparos-based company Antiparos Speedline NE. She began her career on the Paros-Antiparos line, remaining there until 2016. That year, she was sold to the newly-established company Petroula Speedline, being renamed PETROULA. She was deployed in 2017 on the Perama-Salamina line. In 2018 she was deployed on the Piraeus-Salamina line, before returning to the Perama-Salamina line in 2019.
