The landing craft PANAGIA KOIMISIS II was built in 1996 in Greece, as the FANEROMENI POROU of the Poros-based company VR Ferries. She was deployed on the Galatas Troizinias-Poros line, and remained there for ten years. She was sold in 2006 to NE Elafonisou, and was renamed PANAGIA KOIMISIS II. She was deployed on the Pounta-Elafonisos line, staying there until 2008. That year, she was sold to Antiparos Shipping, and she underwent a major conversion in Perama, whereupon she was lengthened and saw her interior areas being completely refurbished. She entered service on the Paros-Antiparos line on the Cyclades, where she has since been remaining.
