current BIJAGÓS I for Consulmar Bissau

Built in 1993 (age 31). Was registered in Piraeus. Current line: None in Greece, currently in service for Consulmar Bissau in Guinea-Bissau

The landing craft ferry PANAGIA FANEROMENI was built in Greece in 1993. She began her career with Madalena I Shipping, operating on the Paros-Antiparos line. She stayed there for the first 13 years of her career, before she was replaced by the newly-built AGIA MARINA ANTIPAROU in 2006. She was sold during that same year to Kimolos Link for operations on the Milos-Kimolos line, as a replacement for the veteran landing craft LEFKAS. She operated between the Northern port of Apollonia in Milos, and the island of Kimolos. In 2019, after 13 years on the line, her company replaced her with the newly-built OSIA METHODIA. She was subsequently sold to the Guinea-Bissau-based company Consulmar Bissau, being renamed BIJAGÓS I. She entered service on the Bissau-Enxudé-Bubaque line on the Bijagós Archipelago.
