The small passenger ship NIRIIS was built in 2017 in Greece, for the Greek company Captain Vangelis Special Cruises, also known as Kefalonia Cruises. She became the successor of the company's previous ship namely the MYTHOS, which had been sold following the 2016 season to Delos Tours, for whom she operates today as the MYKONOS SPIRIT. The NIRIIS was deployed on the Zakynthos-Kefalonia-Ithaca line on the Ionian Sea. Being larger than her predecessor, and also featuring modern amenities onboard, she is a very popular ship in Kefalonia.
