The landing craft MELINA II was built in 1980 in Greece, as the CHRISTOS T for the Greek company Christos T NE. She was deployed on the Perama-Salamina line, before moving to the Rion-Antirrion line in 1985. In 1988 she was acquired by Nea Styra Ferries, and she was inserted on the Agia Marina-Nea Styra line on the Petalioi Gulf. She would also occasionally perform trips to various islands of the Aegean Sea in order to transport various goods, while remaining based on the Agia Marina-Nea Styra line. In late 2006 she was sold to Thalassies Metafores and she was renamed MELINA II. Just like her fleetmate at the time, namely, the MELINA (which was sold in 2012), she was deployed a small Ro-Ro carrier, transporting goods all across the Aegean Sea, with Elefsina as the base port. She notably served the Elefsina-Kea-Andros-Syros-Tinos-Mykonos-Paros-Naxos-Santorini-Heraklion-Rethymnon line. In 2009 she returned to the Agia Marina-Nea Styra line, while in 2010 she resumed her services on the the Elefsina-Kea-Andros-Syros-Tinos-Mykonos-Paros-Naxos-Santorini-Heraklion-Rethymnon line. In 2011 she returned to the Rion-Antirrion line, before once again returning to her services based in Elefsina. She returned to the Rion-Antirrion line in 2016, and she remained there until 2017. In 2018 she returned to service from Elefsina, being assigned on the Elefsina-Lavrion-Kea-Kythnos-Serifos-Sifnos-Milos-Kimolos-Syros-Paros-Naxos-Schoinousa-Ios-Santorini-Thirassia-Anafi-Amorgos-Astypalaia-Agathonisi-Samos-Mytilene-Symi-Rhodes-Karpathos-Rethymnon-Chania-Kythira line.
