The small high speed boat KYRIARCHOS III was built in Greece in 2017 for the Naxos-based company Kerras Cruises. She was delivered three years after the KYRIARCHOS II and became the company's flagship, a role she held until the arrival of her sister ship, the KYRIARCHOS IV, in 2017. She was deployed on the Naxos-Delos-Mykonos-Irakleia-Schoinousa-Koufonisi line. In 2023 she was inserted on the Naxos-Paros line.
