The FANTASIA was built in 2014 in Greece, along with her sister ship, the PRESTIGE, for the company Dakoutros Speed, also known as the Santorini Boatmen & Mooring Services. The two ships joined the modern high speed craft fleet ordered by their owner, following the successful introduction of the smaller IOANNIS D which had been built a year before. The ship primarily serves as a tour boat between Santorini and the volcanic islands of Nea Kameni and Palaia Kameni, along with transporting cruise ship passengers on the island.
