The small sailing passenger ship AEOLOS was built in 1987 in Greece for the Greek company Mitsoulis Cruises, which is based in Corfu. She performed daily cruises on the Ionian Sea, along the Syvota-Antipaxoi-Paxoi-Corfu line. In 2001, following the arrival of the larger passenger ship IONIAN DOLPHIN, she was assigned to perform daily cruises on the Corfu-Vido line, thus serving the latter small popular islet. She also performs several cruises along the East coast of Corfu, and occasionally also serves Paxoi and Syvota.
